Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, doing business as Jio, is a LTE mobile network operator in India, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries headquartered in Mumbai, that provides wireless 4G LTE services (without 2G/3G based services) and is the only 100% VoLTE operator in the country, with coverage across all 22 telecom circles in India.\r

The services were first beta-launched to Jios partners and employees on 27 December new on the eve of 83rd birth anniversary of late Dhirubhai Ambani, founder of Reliance Industries, and later services were commercially launched on 5 September 2016.\r

The company will launch its 4G broadband services throughout India in the first quarter of 2016-2017 financial year. \r

Mukesh is married to Nita Ambani and has two sons, Anant and Akash, and a daughter, Isha. They live in a private 27-storey building in Mumbai named Antilia valued at US$1 billion and it is said to be one of the most expensive homes ever built.\r
