A drone video captured by Eloy Perez shows the San Juan Terminal C port in San Juan, Puerto Rico, after Hurricane Maria struck the Island last week. Hundreds of refrigerated containers full of supplies sit at the port as some roads are impassable.

Hundreds of refrigerated containers full of food and supplies, running on electric generators, are still sitting at the port, with various reports saying issues related to customs, lack of truck drivers and some roads remaining impassable are keeping the supplies from distribution.

The aerial footage showed little shipping activity at the port on Wednesday, September 27. Only one ship, from Crowley Logistics, is seen docked at the port.

The U.S. Government has now waived the Jones Act restrictions that prevented some more aid supply ships from docking. Credit: Eloy Perez via Storyful
