A: Id say around the beginning of 2016 a lot of people got theirs with a different version of the mic clip, mic clips that do not detach. Meaning some people dont get adapters at all. (Though it appears they still send out both versions) In the case you get one without it, you will have to buy your own adapter. (microphone clip adapter 5/8 male to 3/8 female) They come anywhere from a few cents to a few dollars. I recommend getting one from ebay, theyre made out of metal.\r
