The Charlie Hebdo massacre shocked the world and triggered an outpouring of support for free speech. And while few would argue that the satirical magazine didn’t have the right to publish its controversial cartoons, the utility and judgement of its actions are questionable. Should there be limits on free speech, and what are the dangers of trying to impose them? Oksana is joined by Anne-Elisabeth Moutet, a Paris-based columnist at The Telegraph, to sketch out these issues.
