Thomas - A blue LB&SCR E2 tank engine. He came to Sodor in 1915, as a station pilot at Vicarstown. He was then transferred to Wellsworth following an incident with some trucks. Later that year, after rescuing James from his crash, he was given charge of two coaches named Annie and Clarabel.\r
Percy - Percy is a cheeky green saddletank engine who was brought to Sodor to help run the railway during the big engines strike. His favorite job is to deliver the Mail Train. He works on Thomas Branch Line as a goods train.\r
Toby - Toby is a GER C53 steam train who came to Sodor after his tramway closed down. He has two coaches named Henrietta and Victoria and a luggage van named Elsie. He works on Thomas Branch Line.\r
Edward - Edward is a blue FR K2 class mixed traffic engine. Edward is one of the oldest train engines and is occasionally teased for his old age. Edward is wise and optimistic and spreads his knowledge and good attitude towards the other train engines.\r
Harold - Harold is a helicopter who patrols the island searching for emergencies and helping the other toy trains.\r
