Hot Wheels had many cars andover time that had some gimmicks or something that made the special. One of these are the Color Shifters Glow in the Dark cars. Probably many of you are already familiar with them, but for the ones that arent the cars have built in parts that have the properties to glow in the dark in they are hold in the bright light or the sun light. Some cars have the interiors that glow, some have the wheels, some the whole exterior and some of them a combination of the above. There are also some cars in special , like the Color Shifters. The cars from the Color Shiftersusually have the exterior glowing and usually the glowing properties are much stronger in them and lasts longer.\r

While for the mainline cars the glowing fades away really fast, after a few seconds, for the Deora 2 the glow last much longer, is more vibrant and stronger. It is probably because they use different materials or they are made with a different process. The cars are very fun to play with and the effect they produce by glowing in the darkness makes them so cool to have. \r

I tried to use them on a track set and i used the Criss Cross Crash Track Set, but the mainline cars are hard to be noticed on the set, probably because of the high speed they run, or the weaker glowing, or probably because my camera is not one of the best for this kind of things. On the other end Deora 2 ran great on the track set, as you can see in the video, if you own 2-3 of these and ran them together it creates some nice effects and it makes it very fun to play with the lights off.\r

Also there is a hidden side of the Glow in the Dark cars from Hot Wheels, that not many peoples, kids or collectors are aware of and i am going to tell you and show you what it is about in the near future, but i can tell you it is something spectacular and it creates even better effects that the regular Glow in the Dark cars.\r
