An Israeli airstrike has destroyed a residential block of flats in Gaza City. The air strike hit a 13-storey residential tower block in the center of Gaza City and there are reports of 13 people wounded. A spokeswoman for the Israeli military said that the building was being used as a command center by Hamas militants.
