[The New York Times] • Facebook said it would change how its targeted ads work, after news reports revealed
that people could aim ads at self-described "Jew haters." [The New York Times] • Some world leaders began adding their signatures to a treaty that would ban nuclear weapons, but the nine nuclear-armed countries declined to sign it.
