Ingredients for the Red Velvet Cake ( I use 18 cm pans) :\r

- 215 gr All Purpose Flour\r
- 10 gr Cocoa Powder\r
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda\r
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder\r
- 1/2 tsp Salt\r
- 200 gr White Sugar\r
- 180 gr Buttermilk or Milk\r
- 1 tbsp Vinegar( white or apple cider vinegar)\r
- 150 gr Softened Butter\r
- 3 Eggs\r
- Red Food Coloring\r
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extr\r

Ingredients for the Cream Cheese Frosting( enough for filling, frosting, decoration and rosettes) :\r

- 600 gr cold Philadelphia Cream Cheese\r
- 115 gr soft Butter\r
- 300 gr Powdered Sugar\r
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Extr\r

Ingredients for the Ganache Drip:\r

- 125 gr White Chocolate\r
- 40 gr Milk Chocolate\r
- 60 gr Heavy Cream\r
- Red Food Coloring\r

Ingredients for Red Velvet Cake in cups (I use 7 inch pans) :\r

- 1 1/3 cups All Purpose Flour\r
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder\r
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda\r
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder\r
- 1/2 tsp Salt\r
- 1 cup Sugar\r
- 3/4 cups Buttermilk or Milk\r

- 1 1/4 sticks Softened Butter\r
- 3 Eggs\r
