Ingredients:\r
4 large egg yolk (66g)\r
3tbsp sugar (40g)\r
pinch of salt\r
3tbsp milk (46g)\r
3tbsp oil (40g)\r
2tsp vanilla \r
1/2 cup +3tbsp cake flour(low gluten flour)(80g)\r
\r
4 large egg white (130g)\r
1/4 cup sugar(50g)\r
1tsp lemon juice or vinegar\r
\r
bake at 150°C, 80-85 mins.\r

Notes:\r
*This recipe doesnt require any baking powder, the rise of the cake depends only on the meringue so make sure egg white is perfectly beaten.\r
* be gentle while mixing the meringue into the yolk batter. dont deflate the air bubbles.\r
* every step in the video must follow including mixing technique.\r
* I used cold eggs, not room temperature.\r
* If your cake shrinks after taking out of the oven, that means you needed to bake 5-10 mins more.
