If you have old sweaters or scarves in your closet that you havent worn for years or the moths ruined them, this is a great project to repurpose those items! So you will need:\r
An old sweater or scarf\r
Scissors\r
Sharpie Marker\r
No Fray Seam Glue\r
Iron On Adhesive\r
Ruler\r
Iron \r

Just to clarify, the 2 strips you are cutting out from your scrap sweater are about 4.5 inches(11.43cm) by 25-30 inches long(63.5cm-76.2cm). The Diameter of the first hat is 11 inches.\r
