2) Emersion blender, blender or food processor (for strawberries)\r
* Make by hand, with a potato masher or fork and a whisk for whipping the cream\r

Strawberry Ice Cream, No Machine\r
\r
INGREDIENTS: \r
14 ounces (can) sweetened, condensed milk (regular or fat-free)\r
1 ½ cups - heavy cream, whipping cream (cold)\r
1 ½ Tbs. - Vanilla bean paste or pure vanilla extr\r
1/8 tsp. - Salt\r
1 1/2 -2 cups fresh strawberries – washed and stems removed\r
Red food coloring (if you like it more pink) \r

DIRECTIONS:\r
1. Chop some strawberries to measure about 1/3 cup, for strawberry pieces in your ice cream. Set aside.\r
2. Place a bowl and whisk attachment of a stand mixer or hand mixer into the freezer.\r
3. Measure heavy cream and place in refrigerator\r
4. Into a food processor or blender, place about 1 1/4 cups of the strawberries. Mix until strawberries are pureed. The pureed strawberries should equal 3/4 cup. Add more if necessary.\r
5. To the pureed strawberries, add the sweetened condensed milk, salt and vanilla bean paste or extr. Process until thoroughly combined. Stir in several drops of red food coloring, if desired. Pour mixture into a large bowl. Stir in the chopped strawberries. Set aside.\r
6. Remove bowl and whisk from freezer and cream from fridge. Pour the cream into the chilled bowl. Turn mixer on medium-high and beat, until firm peaks form.\r
7. Scrape the whipped cream into the strawberry puree and fold in until combined. Do not stir.\r
8. Pour soft ice cream mixture into a freezer safe container or ice cream carton. Cover and place in the freezer for 6 to 8 hours or overnight, until frozen, before eating. \r
9. Serve! Scoop into bowls or cones and add your favorite toppings. \r
