This was our first-ever underground location & video shoot. This is our video tour of the Bonnechere Caves in Eganville, Ontario. We got lucky and had owner & self-claimed 'Caveman' Chris Hinsperger as our guide. We went 60 feet below the surface, where the temperature stays around 10 to 12 degrees celcius. One narrow path leads to several open chambers in this series of caves and fossils that dates back to the Ordovician Period. Bonnechere Caves are also real-life bat-cave. No Joke - It's home to several bats in the winter months! How cool is that?!?! This was definitely the highlight of our time in the Ottawa Valley and Ontario's Highlands!
