How to get SUPER THICK & LONG Hair Using a Simple Hair Growth Solution

Hi guys welcome back to my channel. Today I am here with a simple hair growth solution that will boost your hair growth up to 3 times faster than the normal hair growth.\r
For this you need only 2 simple ingredients that is \r
Castor oil and \r
Olive oil. \r
If you dont have olive oil you can even use coconut oil or Almond oil as well. Now lets see the how to make this. Its quit simple. Take a clean bowl and add 1 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons of olive oil. The ratio should be 1:2. This is because castor oil is a thick oil and you cannot use it as its own. So you will have to mix it with another oil and I personally prefer pure olive oil but if you dont have it as I said earlier use can even use coconut oil or Almond oil. So you need to mix both the oils very well. And now its ready to use. Make sure your hair is tangle free and then just start applying the normal from the roots to the ends of your hair. \r
Castor oil is the best oil when it comes to hair growth. It carries omega- 6 essential fatty acids, which accelerate blood circulation to the scalp, hence increasing hair growth. It works on nourishing the scalp and strengthening the roots with the help of essential nutrients. Castor oil can be used on the scalp to help prevent and remedy hair loss and it is effective at this for several reasons. Its antiberial and anti-fungal properties make it beneficial against dandruff and scalp infections. The antioxidants in castor oil also support the keratin in hair and help make hair stronger, smoother and less frizzy.\r
Olive oil has a moisturizing effect that nourishes your scalp, which can prevent dandruff, which is one of the causes of hair loss. For your hair to remain healthy and long, hair strands must be kept strong to avoid breakages. This is what olive oil does to help strengthen individual hair strands to avoid hair splits.\r

You can make a large amount of this oil and store it in a clean bottle in room temperature up to an year. This oil does not get spoiled that easily. You can this oil 2 to 3 times a week or whenever you wash hair. You can apply this oil on your hair and keep it for 30mins to 1 hour or just keep as much long as you can before washing it off with shampoo and then you can condition as normal. You can even apply this overnight and wash it off next day in the morning. \r
