This is a review of the heavily armed artillery trooper, Heavy Duty. Despite his '90's design touches (backwards neon green cap, multiple tattoos and ripped sleeves) this character became a favorite across multiple generations of collectors. Perhaps the only non-'80's character to become a classic.
