The rains across Karnataka over the last few weeks may have helped ease the water situation in the drought-hit state, but it has also brought with it an increase in typhoid cases in Bengaluru.


ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲ ವಾರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಒಳ್ಳೆ ಮಳೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ನೀರಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆದಂತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನಿಟ್ಟುಸಿರು ಬಿಡುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇದರ ಜತೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಟೈಫಾಯಿಡ್ ಜ್ವರದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿವೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಒಂದು ವಾರದಲ್ಲೇ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಇನ್ನೂರು ಟೈಫಾಯಿಡ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದೆ.
