The western coast of Maharashtra, including Mumbai, is expected to receive “extremely heavy rainfall” in the next 24 to 48 hours. Mumbai has been experiencing continuous and heavy downpour since Saturday morning, with the regional Meteorological Centre, Colaba predicting the situation to remain the same for next 24 hours.
