India beat Sri Lanka in the third ODI to take an unassailable 3-0 lead in the five-match series at Pallekele.,Chasing a tricky 218 for a win, India's were jolted early by Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli's wickets. But Rohit and KL Rahul added 42 for the third wicket before Akila Danajaya's twin strikes put India on the back-foot. Dhoni then joined Rohit in the middle and the duo forged an unbeaten 157-run partnership for the fifth wicket to help India chase down the target with six wickets in hand.
