Two Hands Get Up WEIDER 50lb Plates

I realized I haven't done a bunch of these so, put them in the workout today ending with a WEIDER 50lb plate in each hand Waiter's Press style. I also lowered back down to the platform which I never do. I may make this a habit with the lighter weights. I'm making an effort to include more Get Up work to augment my Bent Press work. Seems like the time under tension(TUT) aspect would benefit the Bent Press.
