A shocking incident has come to light from Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar pradesh. A man has cut off a girl's hand in front of people. The man was eve teasing the girl and after she tried to shout for help, he attacked the girl with a sword. The whole incidenct is recorded by a CCTV camera. Watch the video to see the CCTV footage.
