With 61 seats, the BJP registered a thumping victory in the Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation elections 2017. The saffron party left the Shiv Sena and Congress at a distant second and third sweeping 61 of the 95 seats.

मुंबई से सटे मीरा भायंदर में महानगरपालिका चुनाव के नतीजे आ गए। यहां की कुल 95 सीटों पर बीजेपी को 61 सीटों पर जीत मिली है और शिवसेना को सिर्फ 22 सीटों से ही संतोष करना पड़ा है। वहीं दो सीटें निर्दलीय विधायकों के पास गई हैं। मीरा-भायंदर महानगरपालिका चुनाव में शिवसेना और बीजेपी के बीच गठबंधन नहीं हुआ था।
