How to cook potato curry
Ingredients :
Salt : 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli powder : 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli flakes : 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder : 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds : 1 teaspoon
Cooking oil : ½ cup
Potatoes : 500 gms cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Procedure :
Put half oil (1/4 cup) in a pan add 2/3 onions & stir fry till they turn golden white , add potatoes & make it a good fry . Once its done add salt , red chili powder, chilli flakes & turmeric powder . Give it a good stir , then add 2 cups pf water & let it simmer . one the water dries up , take another pan , add rest oil, onions & cumin seed ( zeera) , make a good fry & give potato bhaji a bhagar .
Mix it & dish out .
