Barcelona declares 'we are not afraid' after terror attack

Thousands of people gathered Friday morning at Plaza Catalunya in Barcelona, less than a mile away from Las Ramblas, where 13 people were killed Thursday, and more than 100 were injured after being struck by a van. After holding a minute of silence, people started chanting "We are not afraid." King Felipe of Spain and Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy were among the attendees.
