यूपी के सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ का आदेश था कि मदरसों में 15 अगस्त को राष्ट्रध्वज फहराया जाए साथ ही राष्ट्रगान गा कर उसकी वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग की जाए। इस आदेश का मदरसों में पालन नहीं किया गया। साथ ही राष्ट्रगान को बदलने तक की मांग कर डाली
