WASHINGTON — U.S. President Donald Trump is warning North Korea of 'fire and fury' after a Washington Post report revealed Pyongyang has already produced miniaturized warheads for its ICBM-class missiles.

A US Defense Intelligence Agency report leaked to the Washington Post says North Korea has successfully created miniaturized warhead for its intercontinental ballistic missiles and it has up to 60 nuclear warheads in its arsenal.

"North Korea best not make any more threats to the United States. They will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen. He has been very threatening — beyond a normal statement — and as I said, they will be met with fire, fury and, frankly, power the likes of which the world has never seen before," President Trump said in an event on Tuesday afternoon.

North Korea now has missiles with ranges between 180 to 7,200 miles. The country conducted two ICBM tests last month, which shows its potential to hit most of the continental U.S.

In a response, the United Nations imposed its toughest sanctions yet on North Korea, banning the country from exports and limiting investments, which could potentially reduce a third of the country's $3 billion worth of export revenue.

However, North Korea said the sanctions would not stop it from developing nuclear weapons and threatened to make the U.S. to pay the price.
