Ingredients:-
350 gms. Thick Poha (Flattened Rice)
Oil
1 cup Groundnuts
½ tsp. Asafoetida
1½ tsp. Mustard Seeds
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
10-12 Curry leaves
2-3 Green chillies
2 onions, finely chopped
Salt to taste
½ tsp. Turmeric powder
1 cup Green peas, boiled
½ cup Grated coconut
Coriander leaves
Sugar as per taste
Juice of ½ a lemon

Method:-
1. Wash the pohe thoroughly and keep aside.
2. In a kadhai heat oil and fry ground nuts in it and keep aside.
3. Now add asafoetida to the same oil followed by mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and onions and mix well.
4. Then add salt, turmeric powder, green peas, fried ground nuts, grated coconut, coriander leaves, sugar and mix well.
5. Add salt and turmeric powder to the poha and mix well and then add them to the kadhai.
6. Mix thoroughly and add lemon juice.
7. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
