I had another great week with P90X and I felt like I made some great strides with my conditioning. The diet is going awesome and I'm really starting to see some results...
I'm going to be adding a few supplements to the mix this week, so we'll see what type of impact those have. I purchased the P90X Recovery Drink, the mocha and berry flavored Performance Bars, the Peak Health Formula, and the Performance Formula.
I dropped another 4 pounds this week, which means I'm down to 187. This is the first time I've weight less than 190 pounds in quite a while and I've now lost a total of 11 pounds in the first 4 weeks of P90X.
