In July, video came out of multiple officers in Baltimore appearing to plant drugs in an alley. One of the officers in the video was suspended by the police department. Cases that involved the officer were also dropped by the police department. Now, a new video released on Monday shows a different set of Baltimore police appearing to manufacture evidence. Charges against the officer arrested in the newest video have been dropped.
