An amusing video has emerged from Australia of a woman falling off a treadmill after turning the speed up too high.

The footage, captured at a gym in the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, shows a senior gym user unable to keep up with the treadmill and tumbling off.

She gets up immediately afterwards and laughs off the amusing incident.
