Tesla has delivered the new Model 3 to its first 30 customers. The $35,000 car attempts to bring Tesla electric cars to the mainstream market. It costs only about half of Tesla's other high-end luxury cars. The affordable car has a range of up to 310 miles. Tesla CEO Elon Musk said around 500,000 people have already reserved a Model 3.
