Chris Hemsworth doesn't need to be Thor or depend on Hollywood trainers to be a superhero in the gym.
The actor tells Men's Health magazine that anyone can achieve a high level of fitness, and it sounds like he's tired of excuses that you need movie star money to get in shape.
Hemsworth says, "that's not true at all... if you can't afford a trainer, that's totally fine. Use friends, use anyone. Do a workout in your living room. It's really easy to jump online to find nutrition plans and workout routines and more."
It's true, YouTube and other free resources are full of thousands of workouts you can do anywhere. Hemsworth tells Men's Health he likes to shock his body by doing everything from box jumps to surfing and yoga.
Yes, Hemsworth likely has the luxury of meal plans, automatically delivered expensive supplements and of course the time to workout consistently. But, the 33 year old says, "being fit is about motivation, and action creates motivation. Don't wait around for someone else to push you, push yourself."
Pretty sure that's also called body weight workouts.
