Filmmaker Sekhar Kammula's latest Telugu outing Fidaa has grossed a whopping Rs.25 crore in its opening weekend at the box office. The film marks the telugu debut of Sai Pallavi.

മലര്‍ എന്ന കഥാപാത്രത്തിലൂടെ മലയാള സിനിമാപ്രേക്ഷകരുടെ മനം കവര്‍ന്ന സായ് പല്ലവി തെലുങ്കിലും തരംഗമായി. സായ് പല്ലവിയുടെ തെലുങ്കിലെ ആദ്യ ചിത്രമാണ് ഫിദ. ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യ ആഴ്ചയിലെ കളക്ഷന്‍ 25 കോടിയാണ്. ശേഖര്‍ കമുല സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത ചിത്രത്തില്‍ വരുണ്‍ തേജ് ആണ് നായകന്‍.
