Whale washes up in Paris.... well, not quite.... The open-jawed, still humid, plastic replica of a sperm-whale was landed on the Seine quayside, in the heart of the French capital, by a collective of Belgian artists in a bid to lure tourists and sightseers and prompt questions on environmental issues.
