A possible tornado touched down in Hamburg, New York, on Thursday, July 20. The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for severe storms in the area. A home surveillance camera caught footage of a funnel cloud and the storm lifting a car.

One news outlet said a tornado may have touched down near the Erie County Fairgrounds.

Karas told Storyful he first saw the storm about 10 houses down when his neighbor’s garbage cans began to lift up and smash on the ground.
