Cubs' third baseman Kris Bryant had to leave Wednesday's game against the Atlanta Braves early after injuring his finger. Bryant went after the ball, sliding head-first into third base and catching his fingers on Braves third baseman Johan Camargo's foot. Tommy La Stella replaced Bryant at the bottom of the first inning. This isn't the first time Bryant has injured himself after head-first slides. Back in his rookie season, he slid and his head on Brewers shortstop Jean Segura, later experiencing dizziness. His current stats are hitting .275 with 19 home runs and 40 RBIs.
