The Supreme Court has ruled that President Trump's controversial travel may take effect for now. While the court blocked his bid to bar entry to people with grandparents, cousins and other relatives in the U.S., it also blocked a lower court ruling that would have opened the way for potentially thousands of refugees to enter the country in the coming months. The San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is considering a separate appeal on the same issue. The Supreme Court will hear arguments on the travel ban in October.
