SP leader Naresh Agrawal made a controversial statement linking alcohol and Hindu gods, inviting flak from Treasury for hurting sentiments of Hindus. Responding to this, Arun Jaitely said Naresh Aggarwal that had he spoken out of this House, he would have been liable to prosecution. Agarwal however apologised for his remarks and said that he didn't wanted to hurt anyone.
