India's External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj provided medical visa to man from POK who was diagnosed with a tumour in the liver. She also slamed Pakistan while she extended the help to the man saying “PoK is an integral part of India. Pakistan has illegally occupied it. We are giving him visa.”
