The 2nd day of Monsoon session of the Parliament began with Opposition creating ruckus in both the houses. Lok Sabha was adjourned soon after it met for the second time following uproar in the House over several issues, including farmers' plight and increased suicide as well as cow slaughter. Rajya Sabha was also adjourned till 12 noon on Tuesday.
