A video showing the brutal reality of nature has emerged from the United States.

The clip, which was filmed on July 16 in Wayne County, Michigan, by a trail camera, shows a raccoon taking baby rabbits from their nest and eating them.

"The other day I stumbled upon a nest of baby Rabbits while mowing," the filmer wrote online.

"We have been checking on them and I wanted to catch the mama rabbit on the trail cam taking care of the babies....Instead I caught this raccoon stealing the babies....all gone now," the filmer added.
