Taiwan’s parliament was ready to rumble last week.

Fighting broke out between lawmakers in Taiwan during debates over a proposed infrastructure budget on Friday.

They threw chairs (bad) and water balloons (fun!), and grabbed each other’s throats (not fun).

As shocking as this video looks, it’s far from the first government smackdown we’ve seen on tape. For example, punches were thrown in the Georgian parliament in 2014. There was an all-out brawl in Venezuela’s National Assembly in 2013. A Ukrainian politician grabbed another by the throat in 2011, and then the entire Ukrainian parliament erupted in fisticuffs in 2015.

What a great example they’re setting for us ordinary citizens. Use your words, boys!
