Ingredients:-
Boiling Water
Salt
Penne Pasta
For the sauce:-
Oil
1 Potato, peeled and chopped
1 Onion, sliced
Cherry tomatoes, chopped into halves
Ginger-garlic paste
Dry Spices:-
1 tsp. Cumin Powder
1 tsp. Coriander Powder
1 tsp. Garam Masala
1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp. Black Pepper Powder
Method:-
1. Boil water and add salt to it.
2. Add the pasta and oil to the boiling water and stir.
3. In a pan heat oil on medium flame and add onion, potato, ginger-garlic paste, cherry tomatoes and stiry until the tomatoes turn soft.
4. Drain the pasta and add it to the stir fried vegetables and toss them together.
5. Now add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and ground black pepper and toss well.
6. Garnish with grated cheese and serve!
