The National Weather Service issued a river flood warning for the Sandusky River in Tiffin, Ohio, on July 13, after heavy rains caused the river to crest at 10 feet.
Storms caused flooding across Ohio on Thursday. In Columbus, two to three and a half inches of rain fell within two hours, according to a news report.
