President Trump and Russia's President Vladimir Putin discussed election interference during their meeting, according to multiple reports.

According to Russia's Foreign Minister, President Trump accepted Russian President Vladimir Putin’s word that Russia was not involved in the 2016 U.S. election.
A tweet by the New York Times' Moscow bureau chief Neil MacFarquhar on Friday notes, citing Sergey Lavrov, “#Trump said he accepted statements from #Putin that #Russia had not hacked election.”
In the past, Trump has appeared to downplay the allegations against Russia even though a joint U.S. intelligence report from the National Security Agency, CIA, and FBI concluded that Moscow did orchestrate the hacking of U.S. systems in order to interfere in the election, notes the Washington Post.
Meanwhile, the Associated Press tweeted that U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has indicated it was the first topic Trump broached with Putin during their closed-door meeting.
ABC News also added that, according to Tillerson, Trump brought up the topic “on more than one occasion.”
Putin reportedly denied the allegations multiple times, notes Axios.
