Smriti Irani, the Union Textile Minister recently posted a short clip on her Instagram account on Thursday, in which she can be seen paragliding in Bir-Billing in Himachal Pradesh. It's an old video that she posted now. But the caption indeed was so catchy that it enhanced her presence on the app that she joined just a couple of months ago.
