Dramatic footage has emerged of very strong winds and rain battering the coastal city of Varna in Bulgaria on July 3.
"I could only sit and hope that it the wind won't be enough for the ropes to break. Gladly my boat was moved away a couple of meters but there were no damages at all," the filmer wrote online.
