Venus Williams was involved in a crash crash that killed one man on June 9 in Florida. Now, the family is suing the tennis star in a wrongful death lawsuit.

She at at a press conference answering questions about her defeat of Elise Mertens in Wimbledon’s first round but got emotional was that fatal day was brought up.

“Completely devastating, speechless. I am just …” Williams said when asked about the crash, before she started to sob.

The moderator jumped in and explained, “She can’t say anything more about this, so I would ask you to respect her wishes, please.”
