Hundreds of mourners participated in a vigil in front of the Stonewall Inn in New York, Sunday, in remembrance of the victims of the Orlando LGBT nightclub shooting. The Stonewall Inn is considered a bar of historical importance to the LGBT rights movement. Under the wake eye of fully-armed police forces at the site, tearful mourners could be seen embracing each other, laying flowers and candles at the vigil.
