Renowned sand artist Sudarshan Patnaik designed a beautiful piece of art in a bid to welcome the rollout of Goods and Services Tax (GST), in Odisha's Puri on Friday. Along the shore of a beach, he created a huge art piece that captured the sight if various passers by. People started gathering around to have a glimpse of the unique art design.
