Dubai Police was the first one to introduce a Recruitment Robot during Careers UAE 2017 in Dubai World Trade Centre.
Fractal Systems has programmed a humanoid robot, to conduct interviews with the prospective Dubai Police employees. This unique innovation cut down the time spent on interviews. Candidates had a face-to-face chat with Saeed Al Farhan, the humanoid robot.
“All the interview can be held without the need to speak to a human being. The robot Saeed Al Farhan can hold the interview. The robot can even interview blind or special needs candidates. Of course, a team will be ready to help if required,” Brigadier Al Razooqi, General Director of Smart Services at Dubai Police, said.
